LyLy Nguyen is an
attorney licensed by the State Bar
of California. Ms. Nguyen practices
in the areas of corporate law, tax
law, estate planning, bankruptcy,
and family law.
Ms. Nguyen received her JD Degree
from Western State University,
College of Law, and her LLM in
taxation from Golden Gate
University, College of Law. Ms.
Nguyen earned her BBA in Accounting
from Stetson University.
Ms. Nguyen is licensed to practice
before all of the Courts of the
State of California. Additionally
she is licensed to practice in the
United States Tax Court, the United
States District Court for the
Central district of California, and
the United States Court of Appeals.
Ms. Nguyen is experienced in
handling all aspects of a tax
controversy, which includes, audit,
audit reconsideration, appeal
conference, and litigation in the
U.S. tax court. Ms. Nguyen
represents clients in federal and
state tax controversies.
Ms. Nguyen substantial knowledge and
extensive experience in accounting
and tax law provides her with skills
necessary to assist clients in asset
protection, estate planning,
bankruptcy (chapter, 7,11, and 13),
and family law.
Ms. Nguyen is an advisor on the
executive committee of the
international law section of the
State Bar of California. Ms. Nguyen
is legal counsel to the Asian
American Business Women Association.
