As the Board Director of the
Vietnamese-American Chamber of
Commerce in Orange County (VACOC)
KYH organized monthly business
mixers, workshops, seminars, help
business owners in the community to
promote their business and brought
to the community financing programs
and services to help business owners
to start, grow, and success.
As the Founder/Board Director of the
Orange County Presidents Council
have helped to organize annual
Business Conference Event known
BizCon for 2005 and 2006.
As an individuals, KYH organized
2004 and 2005 Little Saigon Classic
Tennis Tournaments in Orange County.
The tournaments were to promote
tennis as a means of healthful
recreation and physical fitness for
people of all ages, abilities, and
skill levels. Also, the proceeds
from these two tournaments have help
over 300 Vietnamese patients with
cataract able to see “Light of
Life”, bring happiness to over 100
orphanages, and 120 senior citizens
in Vietnam.
KYH always willing to help others,
she has been dedicated endlessly
hours to help organize event for
VAMI – Fundraising to help Aids
Patients in Vietnam, Mistress of
Ceremony for annual events organized
by the World Martial Arts.
KYH truly a most influential female
in the community. Committed to
working toward gender equality in
workplace, she profoundly affected
the way women perceived themselves
equality and fostered the
acceptability of women pursuing
their independency.
